Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the equipment you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in its original packaging, including all safety certifications, manuals, and loose components.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item back to our distribution center using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition and safety compliance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
